1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of all goods ("Goods") by FurnitureWholesaleMalta ("we", "us") via our website https://furniturewholesalemalta.com ("Site") or in-store. You ("Customer", "you") accept this Agreement when placing an order.
1.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, superseding any other terms (e.g., packaging, invoices).

  1. Prices & Payment

3.1 All prices are in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors or revise offers without prior notice .
3.3 Online orders must be paid at time of purchase.
3.4 Promotional discounts may vary between online and in-store purchases .

  1. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

4.1 You place an order and once we confirm availability, we provide order confirmation—this marks formation of contract
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock inaccuracies, notifying you accordingly.

  1. Delivery & Pickup

5.1 We deliver within Malta and Gozo; no international shipping.
5.2 Delivery charges: Malta: orders > €100 free, otherwise €10; Gozo: > €500 free, otherwise €20
5.3 Delivery: we require signature and ID. Missed appointments may incur €20–€20 additional charges as per area and repetition .
5.4 Stairs/upper floors: Customer bears additional fees (e.g. base €40 + €10 per floor) and indemnifies Seller.
5.5 Pick-up available at our premises. Collection requires ID and signature.
5.6 Storage: If uncollected within 10 days of notice, storage fees apply; after 30 days may incur extra or cancellation.

  1. Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership transfers upon full payment; risk transfers on delivery or collection .

  1. Product Variations & Errors

7.1 Slight variations in materials, colour or dimensions may occur; non-conformance claims are limited 。
7.2 We reserve the right to correct errors in description or pricing, even post-order, and will allow you to cancel or reaffirm.

  1. Returns & Withdrawal

8.1 You have 14 calendar days from delivery or collection to return unused Goods in original condition without assembly.
8.2 To return, email to obtain authorization.
8.3 Returns via us incur €35 collection fee; drop-offs accepted at store.
8.4 Refunds processed within 14 days after inspection; delivery charges non-refundable

8.5 Non‑returnable items include custom-made, made-to-order, perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods .

  1. Defects & Warranty

9.1 Report defects within 5 days of delivery to with photos and details .
9.2 Remedies (repair, replacement, refund) at our discretion; liability capped at purchase price .
9.3 Goods are subject to statutory warranty.
9.4 Warranty excludes wear & tear, misuse, improper conditions, or lack of maintenance .

  1. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for indirect/consequential losses, loss of profits, data, or reputation; liability capped at the price paid .

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure/delay due to events beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, strikes, regulatory changes) .

  1. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data per our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR law. You must provide necessary personal data to process orders; refusal may result in order cancellation .

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, trademarks) is owned by us; unauthorized use is prohibited.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Maltese law. Disputes submit to Maltese courts.
